Warehouse & Office Buildings

This project includes three new warehouse and office buildings designed to support a range of industrial and commercial needs. EMA developed the Energy Model for the Total Building Performance path in compliance with IECC 2021, resulting in a proposed design that is 30% more efficient than the standard reference design. EMA also completed the City of Dallas Energy Code Compliance Review, with the site inspection to be performed once construction begins, as the project is currently in the permit phase. In addition, EMA conducted the City of Dallas Green Building Program Review to support certification under the Green Building Initiative | Green Globes.
