EMA is providing MEP engineering services for the City of Baytown Fire Station No. 2 Replacement project. The new facility replaces an aging fire station that is struggling to meet modern operational demands, ADA requirements, or efficiency standards.
The two-story, approximately 15,000-square-foot firehouse is designed to support full operational readiness and long-term durability. The building will include apparatus bays, living and support spaces for firefighters, administrative areas, and associated site improvements. EMA’s MEP design focuses on reliability, efficiency, and functionality to support the daily operations of first responders while meeting current codes and performance standards. This project is set to be complete in 2027.
