Project Overview
EMA is proud to design the new Goliad High School CTE with mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems tailored to meet the needs of students, staff, and specialized learning environments.
The building will feature a fully conditioned and ventilated system using rooftop units with heating, cooling, CO₂ monitoring, and outside-air controls. Dedicated systems will serve technology rooms, restrooms, and specialty labs. The culinary lab will be equipped with a commercial-grade exhaust system, while the agricultural lab will include welding fume exhaust, dust collection for woodworking, and high-volume fans to improve safety and comfort.
