The University of Arkansas assigned on-call Cx firm, EMA to provide design and construction-phase Cx services for the new 45,000 square-foot mass timber project, which features a high-bay fabrication workshop, studios, seminar and conference rooms, faculty offices, and outdoor terraces. The center also includes a small auditorium and a public exhibition space.
