EMA is providing MEP design engineering for a new residential and program facility in South Dallas designed for Men of Nehemiah. This 49,000-square-foot facility will support recovery, education, and life-skills development for men impacted by homelessness, substance abuse, and other challenges.
The project’s four stories include 60 residential beds, private and group counseling areas, vocational training and classroom spaces, a full-service kitchen, and flexible recreation areas. EMA’s MEP systems are being designed to support safe and efficient building operations to accommodate leadership development, and community engagement activities.
