EMA is providing new building commissioning throughout the project to help MEP systems perform as intended, supporting a safe, efficient, and high-performing learning environment for students and staff. We will also be managing third-party Test and Balance services and providing enhanced commissioning, which includes document reviews and site walks to help verify that systems are installed according to the construction documents and meet owner standards.
The redesigned campus will feature three main buildings: a three-story main building, a fine arts building, and a gymnasium. The new high school is designed to accommodate 2,400 students, with the fine arts hall seating 800 and the gymnasium accommodating 2,000.
