Project Overview
EMA is supporting Canutillo ISD as both the MEP engineer of record and commissioning agent for the new $73.9M campus. Through new building commissioning, EMA is helping ensure the school’s mechanical, electrical, and building systems operate efficiently while creating a safe, comfortable learning environment for students and staff.
This 119,000-square-foot elementary school will feature 36 classrooms, collaborative learning spaces, a gym, library, cafeteria, and outdoor areas designed to inspire curiosity and connection.
