Gunter Elementary School

This new elementary school serves students from Pre-K through 5th grade and designed to accommodate over 800 students. On this project, we provided MEP design and construction administration.

The 89,184-square-foot facility is part of a $78.8 million bond and will feature collaborative breakout spaces and flexible learning environments.The school utilizes a pod-system layout that fosters collaboration by grouping students of similar ages together around shared common areas. It offers four classrooms for each grade level, additional rooms to accommodate future enrollment growth, and a central turf-filled courtyard designed for both recreation and quiet reading.
