EMA is providing LEED commissioning and 3rd Party Energy Inspection services for the City of Dallas’ Johnson Recreation Center Addition and Renovation project. As part of these services, EMA will be reviewing plans, specifications, and product submittals to verify all comply with City of Dallas energy codes and LEED program guidelines. During construction, EMA will also verify proper installation, startup, and operation of the mechanical, electrical, lighting, plumbing, and building automation systems.
